Language Adventures Policies
Attendance: Regular attendance is highly suggested. Siblings may remain in the lobby area if they are quiet & well supervised by the parent.
Arrival / Dismissal Procedures: For the safety of all, children are to be dropped off & picked up inside the class in a timely manner. For the safety of all, tots and pre-schoolers must have a parent/guardian in the class at all times.
Students will not be allowed to leave the building without a parent. No student will be permitted to wait outside or walk home, regardless of age.
We recommend that a parent observe the last 5 minutes of every class.
Cell Phone Usage: To preserve the quality of instruction and to minimize distractions, conversations (including cell phone conversations) should be kept at a minimum. Should you need to take a cell phone call, we ask that you take your calls outside or near the entry way. We require all parents and observers to maintain POSITIVE behavior and appropriate language while in the class and while attending Lango events. Behavior that is considered loud or disruptive is not permitted.
MAKE UP - POLICY If the desired class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if a space becomes available or a new class is created.
All classes are subject to cancellation or change. If there is a 10-week session with less than 5 students per class, we reserve the right to cancel it. Full refunds are available for classes cancelled by Language Adventures.
NO CREDITS are given for missed classes. See Make Up policy.
Withdrawal Policy: Language Adventures has a non-refundable withdrawal policy. Language learning is a process, and students need at least one full school year to experience true growth in the new language. Only in special case-by-case circumstances will a refund be considered (moving out of the area, loss of employment, student illness, etc.)
